About Photography My concern with photographic representation has taken the form of many drawings/ paintings/ sculptures/ photographs/ videos of the CAMERA ITSELF. I am interested in the way thought is embodied in objects, and the camera is endlessly inspiring to me as both a medium and a message in itself, or, to put it another way, a tool and also a sculptural object loaded with history and psychology. In the work of the eighties and nineties I made many experiments with what kinds of ideas I could tease out that way.
